Had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was excellent, with delicious pastries and diverse options. Our room was clean and well-stocked with complimentary drinks. A great place for a family getaway!

Wonderful Stay at Sunway Lagoon Hotel

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Sunway Lagoon Hotel, which was selected by my director. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel's modern interiors immediately caught my attention, providing a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, making it an ideal space to unwind after a long day of meetings. One of the highlights was the diverse breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of options to start my day on a high note. On top of that, the friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable, always ready to assist with any requests. I couldn’t ask for a better location, as the hotel is conveniently situated near a vast shopping mall and the exciting Sunway Lagoon theme park, making it a fantastic choice for both business and leisure guests.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which was very comfortable and clean. the staff members were friendly and attentive, making our experience enjoyable. we loved that the area had plenty of malls and dining options nearby, and the swimming pool was a great way to relax after spending a day at sunway lagoon. the beds were cozy and provided the perfect spot to recharge for our adventures. overall, it was a welcoming environment that we appreciated.

The friendly staff, particularly Mr Fazraf Asher, made us feel welcomed, even arranging an early check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a handy mobile phone for calls and travel info. Breakfast was good, with tasty pastries, and we loved the easy access to the water park and nearby attractions like Sunway Lagoon and Funtopia. We can't wait to return!

The beautiful room had a large bay window offering fine views of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were perfect for relaxation. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid and Lagoon!

Despite requesting a first aid kit, the hotel staff showed minimal concern for my well-being afterward. It was disappointing to see such a lack of follow-up from the customer service team regarding the incident.

It wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable considering the service.

Everything about my city break felt vibrant and cute, especially the amazing staff who were genuinely attentive to our needs. Being so close to sunway, we had easy access to all attractions.

We had such a blast at the Waterventure play zone! My kids loved splashing around in the shallow pools and exploring the playground. The staff was friendly, especially Fazraf.

In my wife's opinion, breakfast variety could use improvement.
